Overnight at Chez Lando Hotel
After breakfast at 8:00, we drive northwards to Musanze, the most popular tourist destination in the country and home to the Mountain Gorillas. On arrival, check in at the hotel and visit the Iby’iwacu cultural village to understand the traditional way of living, the traditional dances, the kings stories, visiting schools, preparing local meals and many more.
Overnight at La Palme Hotel
In the morning after very early breakfast, head to the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters for the briefing and we will be allocated groups of gorillas to be visited. The gorilla trekking will lead you through Volcanoes mountain forest, and this may take 1-5 hours. The maximum time to spend with the gorillas is one hour. After the trekking, drive back to the Hotel.
After relaxing at the Hotel, visit the Musanze Caves before overnight at La Palme Hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Kigali and stop by CAPLAKI handcrafts village to buy last minutes souvenirs for family and friends back home then transfer to the airport.
