OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS:

1. Ranthambhore National Park is open from 01 Oct to 30 June every year
2. Ranthambhore National Park Camera Fee is INR 900 (approx. $14) Per camera for Foreigners & INR 600 (approx. $10) per camera for Indian Residents. Please note that the above costs are only for video cameras and not still cameras
3. It is mandatory to send the scanned copies of client’s passport to book the safaris in Ranthambhore

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that the Ranthambhore National Park authorities only issue a limited number of regular safari permits each day. Kindly note that the above costs are based on acquiring the regular safari permits. At the time of booking, if the regular safari permits have been sold out/are not available, please note that in order to secure the game drive permits, we will have to base the cost on the TATKAL QUOTA CHARGES

General Conditions:

• Usually, Check-in time at hotels in India is at 14:00 hrs and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
• The quotation does not envisage any increase in airfares in future as per Airlines policies.
• The quotation does not envisage any additional taxes, which may be levied by the Government of India on the tourism sector in future.
• The quotation does not envisage any increase in entrances at the monuments / national parks as per the Government notifications in future.
• Reporting time at the Domestic Airport is around 90 minutes prior to departure of flight.
• Reporting time at the International Airport is around 3 hours prior to departure of flight.
• Check-in counters of most flights close approximately 45 minutes before departure and boarding gates close about 15 minutes prior departure.
• Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of any of the above-mentioned hotels not becoming available we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
• Program and proposal is based on the requested dates, destinations and number of person (travelling together). Any change in these element in future will affect the cost; new cost will be advised with revised program and proposal based on new detail.
• Baggage allowance on all domestic flights in economy class is 15 Kgs per person per sector. Excess baggage charges vary from Rs.350 ($6) to Rs.450 ($8) per kg and are payable directly at the airport.
